Her work often includes undertaking an in-depth review of the client’s assets and providing clear and pragmatic solutions as part of their pre-arrival planning. She also advises non-UK domiciliaries on mitigating their inheritance tax exposure in relation to their UK estate including on the structuring and restructuring of UK residential property assets.
