A funds and financial services specialist with a particular focus on listed closed-ended investment companies.
Kate has been part of the funds and financial services group at Stephenson Harwood since qualifying at the firm in 2007. She has particular expertise in listed closed-ended investment funds and has worked on many launches, secondary issues and reconstructions. She also has experience of UK FCA authorised OEICs and unit trusts.
More recently, Kate has worked on a number of new investment vehicles that have launched or that operate in the alternative finance or peer-to-peer lending space.
